Let’s get real

Value exercises can can feel empty and almost like you regurgitate the same values as everyone else (family, friendship, loyalty…). Values your values shouldn’t be the same as the next persons… they should be yours.

Also, your values today might not be the same tomorrow… especially as you grow.

Let’s look at ‘your values’ as something you can ‘action’ as opposed to that just looks pretty.

Alone time.

Creating/making things.

Watching football with friends.
