SIT TOGETHER IN CHALLENGE
STAND TOGETHER IN STRENGTH

‘REAL TALK’ RESOURCES FOR THOSE WALKING THE HARD ROAD

‘Strength doesn't mean that you have to have it all. True strength can also mean losing... in order to bring the right things back.’

My name is
Shayne Hood

I’m a ‘real talk’ coach and the founder of Wounds & Wisdom.

I have a demonstrated success working with people in the justice system, young people in state care and people experiencing personal hardships.

I’ve never met anyone who has pulled themselves out of the trenches, that doesn’t have a story worth telling. Every single one of them set a goal and were punched and kicked all the way to the finish line.

I built this space to share what I have learned through rising from my personal hardships to becoming the best individual I can be.

It’s my mission is to help you do the same.

‘Sit together in challenge, stand together in strength’.

‘Motivation is fuelled by overcoming and learning from obstacles.
It's falling on your ass and getting back up when everything is telling you to
stay down.’
